Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order or trial before purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel such purchases.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription length and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each such delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in stock. We may choose to collect no payment or only a portion of the deposit at checkout, save your payment method, and then process and settle the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy .
