Does QISU mean anything?

QISU means “the one who appreciates the value of things” in Quechua, the most widely spoken indigenous language in Peru, the homeland of the founders. But the idea started with the word “KISU,” also in Quechua, meaning “cheese.”

How is it done QISU?

QISU is manufactured using state-of-the-art low temperature dehydration technology. The product is not fried, baked or frozen.

Is QISU packaging recyclable?

Yes! QISU's packaging is 100% recyclable. We are continually working on better and more sustainable packaging solutions.

Do I need to keep it in the fridge after opening?

It is not necessary! As a dried product, QISU is shelf stable, which means you can store it in a cool and dry place without a controlled environment. However, the product will not be damaged if you store it in the refrigerator.
