We are a family business that appreciates crunchy snacks and has a love for cheese. Our journey began in 2022 when we, father and son, decided to embark on a new adventure. Our goal was to use our extensive knowledge of various dehydration technologies to develop a new product that will truly surprise our customers, put a smile on their face and increase their joy in life. By experimenting with different ingredients, we finally discovered the perfect combination: cheese. When we tested the first prototype, we were thrilled to experience the stunning effect we were looking for. Shortly thereafter, QISU was founded with the vision of becoming an exceptional snack company known for its healthy and delicious products made exclusively from natural ingredients and using sustainable practices.
We use our self-developed, state-of-the-art technology and work at temperatures below 40 °C. This creates a unique “pop” effect on the cheese and makes it crispy. In addition, our low temperature dehydration process allows us to preserve all the flavor and nutritional properties of the cheese, giving you an authentic cheese experience.
