Ways to prepare cheese
Cheese making may seem like an overwhelming process, but it is actually possible to do at home. If you're new to the process, it's best to start with a simple farmer's cheese. Making farmer's cheese
4 liters (1 gallon) milk (not ultrapasteurized)
½ cup (120 ml) white vinegar
2 teaspoons sea salt (very fine)
